Sahiba calls Kulcha and asks him about client’s decision. Kulcha says client rejected her proposal saying she is Brar family DIL now and will not work. Sahiba thinks what shall she do now to save her parental house. Keerat calls her and informs that Chawla threatened to auction their house if they don’t pay installment by the afternoon. Sahiba assures her that she will do something to save their house. Angad hears her conversation. Chawla visits Monga house with valuator and says he will evaluate the approimate value of the house to clear any confusion in the future. Ajith pleads him to give him some time till Sahiba arranges installment and says if he had known about the loan earlier, he would have done something and paid the installment at any cost. He kneels down in front of Chawla and continues to plead.
Angad gets read for the wedding and asks Sahiba to hurry up. He transfers 50000 Rs to her account. Sahiba says she already warned him that she doesn’t need his help. Angad says he paid her for the jewelry designs and paid same amount he pays to Kiara for her designs. Sahiba sends him invoice and says she is a professional artist and sent him invoice. She sends installment amount to Chawla and calls Ajith to inform him about the same, but he doesn’t pick call busy pleading Chawla. Chawla refuses to give time to Ajith and asks him to take whatever items they can from the house as he will lock the house in the evening.

Mongas and Brars enter prayer room for Garry and Seerat’s wedding/anand karaj and it in front of the priest. Garry and Seerat sit beside each other. Sahiba slips while bringing ritual clothes. Angad holds her and asks if she is fine. Sahiba says it doesn’t matter to him as he fulfilled his wish. Angad say she should think that her sister’s problems are solved by marrying Garry. Seerat notices them and recalls Angad lifting her and taking her to his room to nurse her ankle sprain. Santosh scolds Seerat to pay attention to the rituals. Priest asks to bring groom and bride forward for Angand Karaj ritual. Ajith fixes a ritual cloth on Garry and Seerat’s shoulders.
Seerat performs pheras with Garry imagining angad. Angad recalls his marriage with Sahiba. Seerat thinks why she is imagining Angad instead of Garry.
After the wedding, Santosh congratulates Jasleen. Jasleen congratualtes her and Ajith back. Ajith thanks Akaal for accepting his second daughter as his DIL without bothering about their status. Akaal says jodis are made by god and they are just a means. He asks Garry and Seerat to take Angad’s blessings as their wedding happened because of him. Bidayi ritual starts. Veer asks Keerat not to get sad for parting ways with her sister. Keerat asks if she looks so, she is happy instead that she will get her personal room now. Gurleen notices them chatting followed by Prabjyoth and Hansraj. Prabjyoth says she saw them talking the other day also. While returning home, Sahiba tells Angad that she will see if Garry will fulfill the promises he made before wedding. Jasleen performs Garry and Seerta’s graha pravesh and says she is very happy that his son has returned home today with her DIL. Hansraj comments that Seerat is great that she performed engagement and prewedding rituals with Angad and married Garry. Jasleen performs ritual and asks Kiara to perform a sister’s ritual. Kiara says she got ill fate that she has to perform ritual on a poor bhabhi/SIL. Jasleen asks her to perform it for her brother. Kiara performs ritual. Jasleen asks Garry and Keerat to enter home. Garry walks ahead. Seerat slips. Angad holds her and asks Garry to walk along Seerat and not in front or behind. Manveer fumes seeing that. Angad walks with Seerat leaving Sahiba behind. Manveer feels more angry seeing that.
Gurleen says they shall start a singing ritual. Jasleen says let it be as bride and groom are tired. Angad says where is a question of tiredness in performing ritual and asks Gurleen to bring the prop. Akaal tells Garry that they will forget whatever happened till now, Garry will be under Angad’s supervision and if he does any mistake, he gives right to Angad to punish him. Inder walks to them heavily intoxicated and objects Akaal’s decision and asks till when his son will carry someone’s burden and not live his own life. He says people like Garry will never change and know to only bite their saviors, and as far he knows, even Seerat is similar. Angad asks them not to say that instead of blessing newly married couple and stop drinking too much. Inder says he used to drink for himself earlier and now for Angad. Akaal says an alcoholic just drinks for himself and doesn’t need any reason.
Inder continues to warn Angad to stop living for ungrateful people and live for himself. Sahiba says her sister suffered a lot and is not ungrateful. Angad says he promised Seerat to take care of her when she is in Brar mansion. Inder gets adamant and asks him to choose between his papa and his promise. Japjyoth asks Inder to stop for god’s sake. Inder walks away from there blessing Angad and saying they all will remmeber his words that they will suffer because of Garry and Seerat. Japjyoth asks Sahiba to follow her duties as an elder DIL and not disappoint them.
Sahiba takes Seerat towards Garry’s room. Seerat asks if she still stays in store room. Sahiba says Angad shifted her to his room. Seerat asks if everything is sorted out between them. Sahiba says they are still at loggerheads. Seerat says she thought Angad is a sorted out man. Seerat drops her to Angad’s room and says she already kept everything necessary and asks her to call her if anything is needed. Garry’s girlfriend Sara calls him and asks him to perform suhagraat with her instead of Seerat as he promised that he may marry anyone but would be loyal to only her. Garry gets ready to leave. Seerat asks where is he going as its their suhagraat tonight. Garry says with the events happened recently, he is not ready for suhagraat and hence is going to meet his friends.

Sahiba doesn’t find Angad in his room and thinks where did he go early morning. Ajith calls her and asks if everything is fine there. Sahiba says yes, but in real everything will be fine if they repay Chawla’s loan. She asks him not to worry as she will work hard and repay loan. Ajith says even he will work for extra hour and try to earn more money. He notices Santosh preparing food for Ajith’s food cart and informs Sahiba. Sahiba gets emotional hearing about it. Keerat asks Santosh not to do any new drama. Santosh says she will accompany Ajith with his car today as she wants to repay loan as soon as possible. Ajith says what is the use now after mortgaging their house already. Sahiba disconnects call saying he needs to visit shop and will call him later. Akaal says Sahiba has a problem with Angad repaying her parents’ loan and feels her self-respect is hurt. Sahiba says she was telling him same since long. Akaal says he has a solution for that. Angad asks what is it. Akaal says he will remove all show and art piece from Brar mansion and will replace it with Sahiba’s art work and will pay 20 lakh rs for her art work. Sahiba asks why would he do that. Akaal says this would be her last art work as Brar DILs don’t work outside the house. Gurleen and others say Sahiba’s problem is solved and she should accept it. Sahiba says she can’t accept it as Akaal is trying to confine her art in a house, she wanted to fly using her art as feathers and will not let anyone cut them. Angad says she is opposing Akaal’s kind behavior. Akaal says he didn’t want to be tough on Sahiba, he will not let her work outside until she is in this house. Sahiba says she would rather leave the house than leaving her art. Seerat asks how can she say this. Sahiba leaves. Angad tries to walk behind Sahiba. Akaal stops him and says he wants to talk to him alone.
Japjyoth thinks what Akaal wants to speak. Hansraj says Akaal may suggest Angad to divorce Sahiba, whatever didn’t happen in this house till now will happen now. Manveer says Akaal is a mature and sensible man and she knows he wouldn’t suggest Angad to divorce Sahiba. Angad tells Akaal that Sahiba has an easy option, but she wants to go on a tough path and rejected is proposal. Akaal says Sahiba is from a middle class family and feels her self-respect would be hurt if she accepts help from someone, she is even ready to leave the house to protect her self-respect; he knows divorce and family member leaving the house never happened in this family and hence Angad has to handle this situation sensitively and when his ghee can’t be taken out with a straight finger, he has to bend his finger.

Hansraj says its called arrogance and not courage. Kiara says Sahiba is arrogant unnecessarily, how much she must be earning from her art shop. Angad passes by. Japjyoth asks what did Aakal talk to him regarding Sahiba. Angad says he will talk to her later as he is getting late for work. Angad thinks Sahiba is weird that she is not tempted by the offer. He gets a call from assistant that client wants to talk, but asks not transfer any incoming calls. Seerat walks in in lieu of taking her phone and says she is going to her parent’s house from here. Angad says he and Garry are going for a meeting and will drop her on the way. Sahiba asks Ajith if he is thinking of accepting that man’s offer. Ajith says he can’t dump his burden on her and will chose her over his ancestral shop. Sahiba asks if he doesn’t trust his daughter and her art, she wants to try and let the rest on god.
Seerat smiles while Angad drives car. Angad asks what happened. Seerat reminds that he had requested her for a date and brought flowers and chocolates. Angad says such things are gifted during dates. Seerat laughs and says 20 years ago, but now something else is given. Angad says sorry. Seerat says she should say sorry as she realized the value of such gifts now. He plays FM, Koi Faryaad Tere Dil Me Dabi Hai Jaise.. song plays. Seerat increases volume. Angad’s aide returns and offers 28 lakh rs. Sahiba says time is more precious than money and he is wasting his time. Aide says one shouldn’t love their house and shop and should accept this offer, he is in this lane for 1-2 hours and they can contact him if they change their mind.
Strings of Love 8 January 2024 Written Updates
Sahiba refuses to sell her shop. Angad’s aide Surinder says she will not get such an offer again, gives his business card and asks her to contact him if she changes her mind as he is in the lane for another 1-2 hours. Angad drops Seerat near her parental house. Neighbors weirdly looks at her. Angad notices that and accompanies Seerat till her parental house. Neighbors comment that Seerat is married to Angad’s brother Garry but is roaming with Angad, earlier Angad used to come with Sahiba and now coming with Seerat, there is something wrong. Angad overhears that and warns them to mind their own business and not bother about them. Seerat says her house is a few steps aside, so she will go from there. Angad asks her to call the driver when she wants to return home and leaves for office.
Neighborhood shopkeepers surround Sahiba and try to pressurize her to sell her shop as their shops won’t sell until she agrees to sell her shop. Sahiba refuses. Surinder says his boss will not buy any shop if Sahiba doesn’t sell her shop. Sahiba asks him to let her speak to his boss. Surinder says his boss doesn’t directly deal with anyone. Ajith returns home and informs Santosh that Sahiba refused a 28-lakh offer for the shop. Santosh says she should agree as their shop won’t fetch even 14-15 lakh rs. Ajith asks her not to bother as she is the one who brought trouble on them. Seerat enters and says he should take the final decision as its his shop and says Sahiba is opposing her in-laws which is not right as they both have to stay with Brar family and follow their responsibilities as Brar DILs. She asks them to convince Sahiba to sell her shop.
Seerat returns home, serves tea to family, and tells Akaal that she had visited her parents and discussed about Sahiba’s adamancy, even they agree that Sahiba should sell her shop. Akaal says Sahiba’s decision and stubbornness are both wrong, he is happy that his parents agreed to sell the shop, Ajith is a mature man. Jasleen thinks Seerat played the card right; she says Sahiba will not agree and says a DIL should be like Seerat who is trying to protect Brar family’s rules and dignity, but Manveer’s DIL is trying to break Brar family rules. Manveer says she can see how much Baweja DIL is trying to become a Brar DIL. Japyoth asks them to stop as there is no comparison in relationships. Akaal says Japjyoth is right, there is no comparison between Seerat and Sahiba. Prabjyoth says there should be comparison as they both are sisters. Manveer says exactly, both are from same family, one is married to her son and doesn’t respect him and another is trying to gain his unnecessary attention, her son is stuck between both.
Shopkeepers continue to insist Sahiba to agree for the deal. Sahiba continues to refuse. They start breaking all her art work and threaten to destroy her shop completely. Mob gathers. They shoo the mob away. Surinder tries to stop shopkeepers and asks Sahiba to accept his offer. Sahiba refuses. They continue to break things. Surinder calls Angad and briefs him about the situation. Angad rushes towards Sahiba’s shop and calls her. He gets stuck in traffic, borrows someone’s bike and drives towards Sahiba’s shop. Shopkeepers continue to break shop. Ajith reaches and even he fails to stop them. They push him away and he gets injured.
Strings of Love 9 January 2024 Written Updates
Fellow shopkeepers continue to break Sahiba’s shop. Sahiba threatens to call police and get them arrested. One of them sets the shop on fire. Others escape fearing arrest. Neighbors get Ajith into his senses and inform that Sahiba is stuck in the shop. Ajith tries to get into the shop to save Sahiba, but neighbors stop him. Angad reaches there and asks Surinder what is happening. Surinder briefs him about the situation. Angad asks Ajith about Sahiba. Ajith points at the shop. Angad sees Sahiba trying to douse off fire, rushes in, and tries to get her out. Sahiba sits in a shock senselessly. Angad brings him out of shop. Sahiba recalls how Angad got stuck by a pillar and got severely injured trying to save her.
Angad bleeds severely and loses consciousness. Sahiba gets worried for him and calls ambulance. Ambulance operator says they need 20 minutes to reach there. Sahiba asks Kulcha to get his auto. They get Angad into auto and rush towards hospital. Sahiba tries to wake him up and says she will sleep on couch and he can sleep on the bed, she will not fight with him, etc. They get stuck in a traffic. Kulcha plays fake alarm and clears traffic. They then reach City Hospital.
Veer informs Manveer and Inder that Sahiba’s shop caught fire and Angad got severely injured trying to save Sahiba, Sahiba took him to City Hospital. They both rush towards hospital. Japjyoth informs Akaal about the same and he with Veer rushes towards hospital. Sahiba reaches hospital. Doctor takes Angad to the OT. Sahiba breaks down saying Angad saved her life and himself got severely injured. Ajith says one who cares for others, god cares for him; she need not worry as nothing will happen to Angad. Inder, Manveer, and Akaal reach there and ask Sahiba how did the accident happen. Sahiba describes how the shopkeepers set her shop on fire and how Angad got severely injured trying to save her.
Japjyoth worries for Angad and asks Jaspal to call the hospital and find out if Angad is fine. Garry tries to leave home. Jasleen asks him to stay back and show is fake concern for Angad and never let anyone know that he is least bothered. Jasleen asks Japjyoth how did Angad’s accident happen. Gurleen says they don’t know. Jaspal calls hospital again. Seerat calls Sahiba. Hansraj tells Jasleen that Sahiba should have called them and informed, she is irresponsible while Seerat is performing her duty well. Jasleen asks Garry to learn from Seerat how to act as she is too worthy, he should also act and get back his lost dignity in this house. Sahiba informs Manveer and Inder that the blood on her dress is Angad’s. They both break down seeing it.

Manveer blames Sahiba for Angad’s condition and asks her to kill even her. Akaal asks her to control herself and asks Sahiba what was she doing at her shop disobeying his order, she put Angad at risk because of her stubborn behavior. Ajith says Sahiba never wanted Angad to risk his life and describes how Sahiba brought Angad to hospital in auto when ambulance wasn’t coming. Nurse comes out and asks Angad’s wife to sign a surgery consent form as Angad’s spine is injured and needs immediate surgery. Inder snatches consent form from Sahiba and signs the form.
Jaspal calls Akaal and asks him why no one is picking calling. Japhyoth takes phone and asks about Angad. Akaal says Angad’s condition is critical because of Sahiba’s adamancy and she is the reason behind Angad’s condition. Japhyoth informs same to family. Angad is taken for surgery. Sahiba holds Angad’s hand and encourages him not to accept defeat. Manveer and Inder pull her hand away and warn her to stay away from Angad. Akaal also orders her to get out of there. Sahiba says however her and Angad’s relationship is, it’s their problem; they can get her away from Angad but not his life. She walks out and sits crying on a bench.
All Brars blame Sahiba for Angad’s condition. Seerat says she is sure Sahiba wouldn’t think of harming Angad and tells Garry that they should reach hospital and find out the situation there. Garry fumes and tells Jasleen that he is wasting time stand her and will not waste more time visiting hospital. Jasleen says Seerat is right. Garry walks to his room and searches for his trimmer. Seerat says he should rush to his brother and groom later. Garry says he has to visit hospital because of her and warns her to dare not order him again. Seerat warns him to dare not misbehave with her. He pushes her down. She falls down and injures her forehead. Jasleen walks in and lifts her up. Garry warns Seerat to never stop or order him again.
Sahiba sits outside the hospital and pleads Veer to inform her about Angad’s condition. Veer says she is his SIL and should order him. He makes a video call and shows Angad to her. Seerat with Garry and Jasleen reaches hospital and apologizes Manveer on Sahiba’s behalf. She says she warned Sahiba not to work again, but she didn’t listen to her. Manveer and Inder warn her to stop troubling them as her sister already put them into trouble. Akaal says he already punished Sahiba, they shouldn’t be rude to Seerat. Brar’s drama continues..
